Know what you're signing.
Upload your lease and I'll separate what you simply need to know from what genuinely deserves your attention — organized around money, how the lease ends, what you're responsible for, access and rules, and anything I can't answer from these documents.
The lease itself is enough to start. Addenda, fee schedules, community rules, and your move-in paperwork make the read sharper — addenda usually override the printed lease.
Your documents are read for this review and aren't stored. I'll keep the findings on this device so you can add paperwork later without re-uploading everything.
Most of a normal lease is simply information you need to have — dates, amounts, and things to do. I'll tell you plainly which parts are ordinary and which ones are worth a question, and I'll never tell you a provision is illegal or predict how something would turn out. Where the answer depends on your state, I'll say so and point you to Trusted Resources.
