Renewal Negotiation Assistant

Before anyone talks about what to ask for, we do the homework: what the market is doing, what comparable rentals are actually asking, and where your renewal sits between the two. Then the strategy — and a draft you can send.

Where are you in this?

Two starting points. Either way, we'll pull whatever we already know from My Rental so you're not retyping.

How I'll work this

Homework before advice. I'll look at what the market is doing, what comparable rentals are actually asking, and where your renewal sits between those two things — and I'll tell you plainly when I don't have data I can stand behind rather than inventing a "normal" increase. Then we'll talk strategy.

An increase isn't automatically unreasonable, and a renewal that's below what you'd pay elsewhere can be a good deal even when the percentage looks steep. You'll get the perspective and the options — the decision stays yours.
