Playbook ToolLove It or Leave It
Make sense of your final statement.
Move-Out Charge Analyzer
A final bill can land hard. Let's slow it down: what you were charged, what the lease supports, what documentation backs it, what looks normal, what deserves scrutiny — and what to do first.
How this works
This starts after you've received a bill. Upload what you have and I'll reconcile the accounting first, then look at each charge. Facts over feelings, documentation over assumptions.
Step 1 of 3
Start with the documents
Your final bill or deposit disposition, and your lease. I'll read them and pull out the charges so you don't have to re-type what's already printed.
Upload your final statement and your lease
Both help. The statement tells me what you were charged; the lease tells me what the charges are supposed to rest on. Vendor invoices, inspection reports and photos are welcome too. Your files stay private to you.
